GCPhoto Update 2021
Well, 2020 didn't go as planned. The COVID restrictions last year meant that many types of photoshoot were impossible and so, for much of the year, the GCPhoto studio was closed.
But let's be thankful that here in Australia, the situation is so much better than elsewhere.
Many of the restrictions have loosened now and we can, for the most part, get on with our lives on the Gold Coast, which means that GCPhoto is back in business and shooting again.
As well as all the usual photography packages available from GCPhoto, including portraits, beauty & boudoir photography, and brand & lifestyle photoshoots, there are lots of things coming up that you'll be seeing on this website and the usual socials a bit later in the year.
One of the projects that we had on the go last year while the studio was closed was the renovation of our old 1974 VW Kombi. The interior has been tidied up and the outside is going through some changes for a cleaner look.
We're almost finished (well, as far as 'finished' can ever be for a kombi) and later this year we'll be doing some Kombi photoshoots of our own around the Gold Coast, and the kombi will also be available for hire for photography soon.

On the subject of social media, if you follow us on the usual socials (@goldcoastphotographystudio), you'll probably notice that we've been very quiet there too.
I tried to maintain some posts while the studio was shut down, but there's only so many times I can post old photos before I start to lose my mind, so I stopped entirely for a while.
But now, as GCPhoto opens back up again and the studio roars back into action, there'll be more posts, photographs and links to blog posts and galleries soon.
Most of the latest images and updates will still be here on the GCPhoto photography blog, so make sure you check in here too.
